Project 01
Charge Up
Charge up- Makes you think in 1000 different ways, is a 1.5hr experiential training program that we conduct at your schools, colleges, organisations and communities.
This program enables the participants to stay self motivated, look at situations in different perspectives, recognise their emotions before the amygdala hijack, understand how it impacts them biologically and psychologically, learn scientific ways on how to handle their emotions.

Project 02
Sanatanic Stories
This is a special program that we started based on Students and parents demand as kids loved listening to puranic stories and they wanted to hear more such stories 🙂
Sanatanic Stories – Strengthening the roots, is an online weekend story telling series, specially curated for school students focused on teaching Science, Values and explore culture through historic or puranic stories of India.

EQ Based Life Coaching
We are on a mission to create better world by creating emotionally intelligent, mentally strong humans!
